Delivery costs vary depending on the destination.
Aulalaparis offers free delivery for all orders over 50 euros within the limits of the destinations proposed by the site.
Packages will be sent in Standard mode via La Poste Colissimo. Delivery times are given as an indication:
Delivery in mainland France within four working days of dispatch.
Delivery times will be 48 hours maximum.
To find out about the delivery of your parcel, take the tracking number of your parcel and go:
- to the site Colissimo.fr
- to your nearest post office, also with an ID.
For all parcels delivered to a relay point, take the tracking number of your parcel and choose one of the following options:
- on the Colissimo
website - at your nearest post office, also with ID, in order to obtain further information.
The online sales offers presented on the site are reserved for consumers residing in France or, where applicable, in a member country of the European Union, and for deliveries in these same geographical areas.
Delivery means the transfer to the Customer of physical possession or control of the Product. Aulalaparis.com offers different delivery methods depending on the nature of the product. The shipping costs are those specified during the finalization of the order and are accepted by the validation of the order.
Aulalaparis.com undertakes, in accordance with the delivery deadline indicated on the Site for each of the Products, to deliver the Products within a maximum of thirty (30) days after receipt of the order. The delivery times are announced in working days on the Site when the order is placed. These times include the preparation and shipment of the order and the time provided by the carrier. Aulalaparis undertakes to ship the Products in accordance with the deadlines announced on each Product sheet and in the basket, provided that the payment of the order has not been previously refused. However, if one or more Products could not be delivered within the time initially announced, Aulalaparis.com will send an email indicating to the Customer the new delivery date. The Products will be delivered to the address indicated by the Customer at the time of his order. It is thus up to him to check that this address does not contain any error. The responsibility of Aulalaparis.com cannot be engaged if the address communicated by the Customer is erroneous, preventing or delaying the delivery. At the delivery, it may be asked to sign a receipt. No delivery will be made to a post office box.
